1. The service

PrepYantra provides job information, preparation tools, practice tests and study material. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with any recruiting body.

2. Information accuracy

Job and exam information is compiled from official sources and may contain errors or become outdated. It is guidance, not an official notice. You are responsible for checking the official notification before applying. Eligibility results are indicative.

3. Your account

Keep your password confidential. Provide accurate details. You must be at least 14 years old; users under 18 should use the service with a parent or guardian's consent. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share paid content or attempt to disrupt tests.

4. Content and licence

Questions, notes and tools are owned by or licensed to PrepYantra. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation. Do not copy, resell or scrape the content.

5. Plans and payments

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Plans do not renew automatically. Access lasts for the period purchased.

6. Community

Doubts and replies are moderated. Do not post abusive, unlawful or infringing content. We may remove content and restrict accounts.

7. Limitation

We do not guarantee selection in any examination. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city to be added] have jurisdiction.
